Professional agricultural advisory, backed by a working farm
SFT Organics was founded and is managed by Ms Khululiwe Godlwana (CEO). We administer, manage and report on agricultural projects for farmers, communities, government and partners — and we run our own 54 ha farm at Elim Mission, Paddock, KwaZulu-Natal, as proof that our advice works. SFT Organics is 100% black woman-owned.
Vision
Thriving, self-sustaining farming communities where land is productive and farmers prosper.
Mission
To unlock agricultural potential through hands-on farming, advisory expertise and skills development that improve livelihoods.
Core values
Every hectare and every hour should yield something of value.
We let results on our own land speak for us.
We stay with farmers and communities until the work is done.
Honest advice, rooted in real farming experience.
“Our passion is to see land that once stood idle feeding families again — and to see emerging farmers, especially black women, lead that change.”
